Random Dumb Sh*t / 24-Hour Blog-o-thon Ever wonder: How did that fool get a driver's license?

Sometimes in my travels around our fair city, I see people who drive worse than I do.

But it's not the driving that gets to me — it's the parking. I have never seen so many drivers who can't parallel park. But everybody is always trying to find a free spot Uptown.

It pretty much sucks because some non-driving jackass hit my bumper not too long ago and my rear is all jacked up because I'm not forcing my insurance rates to go up by filing a claim.

I have to wonder who do some people pay, or fuck, to get a driver's license.
