News A way to help find homes

As social service agencies struggle to meet the rising needs of homeless people and other struggling folks, A Way Home is planning its fourth-annual Help the Homeless Awareness Walk on Nov. 22. Proceeds benefit the organization, which tries to reduce homelessness in Mecklenburg County.

You can register to walk here. Don't feel like walking? The Web site accepts donations as well.
