Indian Trail's Town Council voted to prohibit Mayor John Quinn from talking to town employees. Quinn is not to enter work areas at Town Hall without first getting approval from the town manager.Councilmember Dan Schallenkamp accuses the mayor of harassing people when he doesn't get his way at Town Hall.
"If you disagree with him, you may be branded by him as a liar," Schallenkamp said. "I've personally experienced that."
