Get ready, primaries are coming

Posted By on Mon, Mar 8, 2010 at 2:25 PM

Are you registered to vote? If you're not, you need to get your shit together and join the rest of us grown folks by registering right now. It's your duty as a law-abiding U.S. citizen, now get to it. (Don't you sass me.) Click here for the 411. To check the status of your registration, click here.

Once your registered, you've got to decide who to vote for ... the primaries are right around the corner, after all. (They'll be held May 4th.) Then, you have to get your happy ass on down to your community polling place to seal the deal. (Don't let us down now, mark your calendar.)

There's no sense getting anxious about things, start looking into who's running for what now. For instance, there are three Democrats vying for Sen. Richard Burr's seat. You know, the guy from "the party of no" who doesn't seem to give a flip about what Charlotte's citizens actually want him to do in Washington?

Who's running against him? Well. That's what we've got to decide in the primary — which is why it's so important for you get to get off your tuff and vote.

Here are your Democratic primary choices, check them out:

What are you waiting for? Click. Click. Click. We don't want this (see the video) nonsense to continue, do we?
