Every Thursday night, the massive party known as Shiprocked hits Snug Harbor for one of the city’s must-attend weekly events. So, it’s only fitting that an artist who can sonically create a party of his own should headline one of those nights. Andy D raps over ’80s synth beats, and most importantly, doesn’t take himself too seriously. He exudes confidence and fun — and for a party like Shiprocked, that’s all that really matters.
