Interested in eating, drinking and being merry? Well, you definitely want to check out Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend. This year's celebration, co-titled "Vintage 2010," boasts a lineup of more than 50 vitners, winemakers brewmasters and spirits at events all around town. According to the site, the charity recipients for the 2010 Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend are Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, Council for Children’s Rights, Johnson & Wales University, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, and the W.I.S.H. Program (Workforce Initiative for Supportive Housing). The excitement starts April 22 and runs through April 24. For more details and to purchase tickets, visit www.charlottewineandfood.org.
