Fans of the legendary rap crew A Tribe Called Quest should be sure to stop by the nightlife event Pop Life tomorrow (Aug. 31) ... that's when you'll get the chance to see and meet Phife Dawg in the flesh.
Phife has been rocking the mic for decades — alongside Q-Tip, Ali Shaheed and Jarobi — and was also recently featured in the documentary Beats Rhymes & Life: The Travels Of A Tribe Called Quest. Don't miss this chance to catch a glimpse and a listen to an icon in your town. (Oh and big-time DJ Rasta Root will be in the building as well, spinning that good shit.) $10. 8 p.m.-2 a.m. RE: Public, (District 300)
