$5 for Fridays on Fifth

Posted By on Wed, Jan 26, 2011 at 12:03 PM

Contrary to popular belief, the EpiCentre and Music Factory are NOT the only places to hit up if you're looking for a variety of options in your nightlife adventures. Hello, 5th Street anyone?

That's why the folks at Rockhouse Events (and CL's own marketing department) have partnered up to promote Fridays on 5th. Purchase a membership card for $5 and on Friday you'll become privy to more than 10 of Uptown's most happening bars and restaurants, from such diverse spots as Molly Macpherson's and Latorre's to Town Tavern and Phil's. Here's a sampling of what the membership card will get you:

Basil - 1/2 Price Appetizers

Buckhead Saloon - $2.50 Select Bottles, $4.50 Flavored Rums, Shot Special TBD, Live Music & DJ, Free Peanuts

Molly MacPherson's - $5 off food purchase of $20, $4 Drafts, $5 Red Bull Vodkas, $5 Car Bombs, $5 Select Call Liquor, No Cover

Nix Burgers - Live Music 7 p.m.-11 p.m., free appetizer w/purchase of burger, $4 Select Shots, $2.50 Tall Boys, $4 Nix Teas, Buckets of Bud Select (6 for $10)

Queen City Diner - Half off bar food

Town Tavern - $1 Select Draft, $6 J-Bombs, Free Popcorn

By the way, did anyone know that Queen City Diner had finally opened? I guess I'm guilty of neglecting that part of Uptown myself.
