When former ESPN production assistant decided to have an affair with a married man, she gave up her right to be a victim.
But Brooke Hundley, 22, is now suing ESPN because of her tryst with former Baseball Tonight broadcaster Steve Phillips.
The lawsuit by 22-year-old Brooke Hundley, filed Tuesday in Stamford Superior Court, says ESPN defamed her by firing her based on false statements by Phillips and by claiming she had not fully cooperated with its investigation.
Hundley, who was hired by ESPN in 2008 and paid $10.96 per hour, said Phillips made false statements to police in Connecticut portraying her as a danger to his family and himself as an innocent victim. She said Phillips falsely claimed he had been trying to end their relationship.
Hundley says she fully cooperated with ESPN's investigation.
How can anyone feel sorry for this chick when, according to police reports and 911 calls from Phillips's wife, she was stalking his family? If you want to stalk the man you've been sleeping with, go for it. But leave his family out of it.
Hundley is just the latest mistress who thinks she's entitled to something because she dropped her panties for a married man. One of Tiger Woods's mistresses, Joslyn James, has been crying for an apology for months following the revelation of how many people Tiger was giving Wood too.
And then there are the women who slept with Jesse James.
Can we just stop for a minute. When you decided to have an affair with a married man, you have to make concessions and realize that you're not No. 1. You may not even be No. 2, but you for sure are not a victim. Even if you're a good person who just happened to get caught in a bad situation, everyone will always think of you as that slut who wrecked a home. Just ask Rielle Hunter.
