Confessions of a Southern slut, part 5

DJ used to work in my office but last summer took a job at another location. We had never spoken much - I was still with my ex at the time, and he was dating a crazy redheaded receptionist - but I'd noticed him. He was ex-military, from the Islands, and that's about all I knew of him.

He came by a couple weeks ago to meet up with the guys for wings after work. They all stopped by my office on their way out to see if I wanted to join them. DJ walked in, sat down directly across from my desk and stared at me starstruck, like he'd never seen me before. The others noticed and made fun of him for being so obvious. He took a business card off my desk and put it in his pocket, winked at me, and walked out.

I wasn't sure if I was interested or not, but a couple days later, he called me at work and we had a great conversation. We decided to meet up at my favorite sushi place for dinner. When I met him there, he looked great, and smelled even better. We planned to go for a walk and get ice cream after dinner, but he convinced me that we should stop by his place first. He had bought a house last year and was been remodeling it himself, and wanted to finally show it off to someone. I'm a sucker for a man who can use power tools with authority, so I agreed.

His place was gorgeous, like a Pottery Barn catalog come to life, even right down to the bathrooms, which he'd gutted and redone himself. I was impressed. This guy knew how to turn me on. He lit some candles, poured some wine - it was pretty obvious we weren't going out for ice cream. We made out for a long time, and I was pretty proud of myself for managing to leave without fucking him on his tufted leather ottoman.

The next time we met up was over dinner after work one night. A man who wanted to cook for me? I'm in! I showed up after work feeling less than fresh, so he offered to let me use shower while he finished meal prep. His guest bath had the loveliest fancy soap and big white plush towels - it was like being at a spa. He even went so far as to set everything out all for me, lighting a candle and starting the water. I'm not used to being so pampered.

By the time I came out of the shower, he had everything out on the table - a big, traditional meal that was delicious - my favorite music playing in the background. The wine was perfect. We even danced around the dining room. I had no idea he was such a romantic. I was smitten by all the attention.

We made our way to the bedroom, and I wanted to be with him, but something didn't seem quite right. So I told him I didn't want to have "sex" sex. He seemed cool with that at first. But then he got on top of me and very, very close to going inside me. I looked him in the eyes, reminded him of our deal, and reminded him that he wasn't wearing a condom. He agreed, and we kissed. But just as I relaxed again, he held me down and jammed his dick inside me.

Oh, so this is what it feels like to be raped.

I pulled back and stared at him, in shock. "What the fuck? You said you weren't going to do that!"

You know what he said? "I couldn't help myself." Asshole.

Tears came down my cheeks as I got dressed. I was mad at myself, and mad that what started out as a romantic date turned out so ugly.

I was fine forgetting it and moving on, but then he started calling and texting me nasty messages, calling me a slut and a whore.

Eventually, I returned those calls and left him a message of my own: "Hey, guess what. Just heard from my doctor that you gave me Chlamydia. Nice work asshole. Leave me alone."

And he finally did.
