7th Annual Charlotte Mardi Gras: Parade of Beads
A plane ticket to New Orleans this month will set you back roughly half a thousand buckaroonies. Luckily, the spirit of Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras fills the Epicentre once a year during the Parade of Beads. The parade is free, but a ticket will get you much more: a T-shirt, a souvenir cup, beads and cover admission to all participating bars and clubs. And who knows — look up at the three floors of fun being had and you just might see some good old New Orleans-style tits flashed your way.
