It’s small and dark, but the booking at the Plaza Midwood venue has been consistently impressive since they opened last year. They’ll pack the house with locals like The Noises 10, The Sammies and Babyshaker but still find room to let the big names come through — Nicole Atkins, The Pink Spiders, Benji Hughes — as well as the more obscure indies. 1228 Gordon St. 704-333-9799.
