A repeat winner. The Lynx was a big step forward, but not if money problems mean some regular bus routes have to be cut. If Charlotte is to ever — ever — live up to the “world-class” designation, we’ll have to find a way to finance a better organized, more complete transit system, including more buses and more trains. It’s money well-spent, so, politicians, do your duty.
