Starting Friday, March 27 with inaugural partner, Triple C Brewing Company, guests will feast on menu items paired with Triple C beers including honey-marinated Black Cod cushioned in hen of the woods mushrooms paired with Smoked Amber Ale, followed by the earthy richness of confit duck leg with black-eyed peas and sprout hash with spiced Cajun Stout. A hop-basted NY Strip with marrow and bone gremolata alongside Triple C cult favorite Baby Maker IPA is next, with a Caramel Pot de Crème and a chocolate dipped pretzel paired with Triple C's newest Chocolate Covered Pretzel Stout to finish.
