BLT Steak Charlotte’s bi-monthly Craft Dinner Series continues with The Unknown Brewing Co. for its next dinner on Friday, July 31.
The mouth-watering menu features four beers from Unknown’s repertoire, paired perfectly with Chef Ben Miles’ unique creations prepared specifically for this one-night-only event. It is sure to capture the imagination of beer connoisseurs and gastronomes alike with the headliner: Beef Rib Eye with Heirloom Tomato, Foie Gras and Duck Fat Potato paired with Over the Edge IPA; and the closing act: Peach and Plum Tart served with Orange Blossom Ice Cream and paired with Unkown’s Southern Hospitali-Tea Amber Ale.
