El Malpais I’m not going to start a long list of couples who make good musical partners. Instead, I’ll just say that El Malpais was forged by the couple combo of multi-instrumentalists Buck Boswell and Jude Salinas and united with drummer Robert Childers to form this superb trio. This show is the mid-way point of the band’s November residency, and this night is highlighted by a reunion of Boswell’s former band, The Hectagons.
