Whew! Temperatures have already headed into the 80s and July is months away. You know what that means. Spring is here (it officially began on March 21). The new season of Carowinds begins today. The Carolinas' mega-themepark is under new management, but it has the same thrills and spills as when it was Paramount's Carowinds. It may be a bit too early yet to explore Boomerang Bay, the new waterpark that opened last year, however you can still fly into the Danger Zone on Top Gun, become one with the Borg Assimilator, or go old-school with Thunder Road, backwards and forwards!
