Moonshine Fest
Although the word moonshine usually refers to that high-proof stuff made illegally — you North Carolinians know what’s up with that hooch — there will be plenty of smooth and sweet legal liquid being poured at this event. The fest will feature different flavors and samplings from distilleries like Broadslab Distillery, Popcorn Sutton Distilling, Piedmont, Sazerac and Heaven Hill. Mason jars probably aren’t a good idea here. (Anita Overcash)
