Charlotte, NC (June 5, 2023) - The highest rooftop bar in Charlotte is pleased to introduce its all-new summer food and cocktail menu. Nuvole Rooftop TwentyTwo, located on the 22nd floor of the AC Hotel Charlotte City Center, invites guests to indulge in panoramic views of the city with refreshing seasonal cocktails and mouthwatering fare from Executive Chef Eric.

Stand out seasonal, made-to-order entrees include the Baja Ceviche, hand-crafted with shrimp, octopus, yellowtail, and fresh vegetables topped with tiger’s milk for the perfect zesty summer snack. The tearjerking Camarones Ala Diabla is prepared with sauteed shrimp, guajillo salsa, fresh garlic, onion, and Fresno Peppers, and served with forbidden rice and rosemary bread, offering a feisty kick to welcome the summer season. On the mild side, the bar is also dishing up house-made Naan Flatbreads topped with garlic confit and goat cheese spread with the option to add steak or garden veggies.

Guests looking to grab a bite with friends and take in the sunset can pick from a range of refreshing sharable plates, including the Break Bread, a pairing of local and imported breads and seasonal veggies, served with a delectable olive tapenade. For something more filling, the Uptown Platter is a delicious choice, made with a chef’s selection of meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables and toasty bread, or an order of sweet and savory Sliders, consisting of candied jalapeno bacon, smoked cheddar cheese, Ohh Yeah sauce, a bacon jam, and smokey BBQ chips.

In addition to masterfully prepared dishes, Nuvolé’s expert mixologists have crafted the perfect seasonal cocktails to soak up the sun and sip over the city with flavors ranging from fruity to feisty. Guests looking for a fiery kick can sip on The Lion's Den, a blend of Cazadores Blanco Tequila, local honey, lime, and Scrappy’s Fire Bitters, rimmed with Tajin. Those favoring something on the tamer side can choose from a variety of sweet summer drinks, including the aromatic Honey Suckle, comprised of Titos, lemon, local honey, St. Germain Elderflower, and Elderflower tonic, Have Some Class, made with a flavorful combination of Hendrick’s Gin, blackberry puree, lemon, and elderflower tonic, a Shiso Fine, crafted with Titos, Lemon, Strawberry Puree, and Shiso Japanese Bitters, and so many more.
