Patois (pronounced Pa-twä) Counselors are a Charlotte-based band comprised of musicians who’ve played in Yardwork, Calabi Yau, HRVRD and Brain F#. Up before the gangster/punk group hits the stage is Ghost Trees. Another local group, this duo consists of drummer Seth Nanaa and tenor/saxophonist Brent Bagwell who craft up obscure jazz and experimental pieces.
