Five of Charlotte's best sous chefs will be preparing a five course plated dinner with an optional wine pairing. The menu will focus on fresh local ingredients. The Sous Chefs: Mike Long (Bonterra Dining), Jossie Perlmutter (The Asbury), Alex Verica and Logan Wright (Heritage), Ethan Moyer (Block & Grinder) and Jonathan Moore (Passion 8). Cost is $65 per person with a $28 optional wine pairing, cocktail reception & passed hors d'oevres. Proceeds benefit the Taste of the NFL.
