The next installment of the Summer Wine Series at The Melting Pot of Lake Norman will feature flavors from Latin America. Carefully curated pairings include Cousino Macul Sauvignon Gris with Shrimp Ceviche Salad, Felino Chardonnay with Lobster Quesadilla, Felino Malbec with Top Shelf Fiesta Cheese Fondue, and Felino Cabernet with Spicy Mexican Dark Chocolate Fondue.
Additional series dates are July 9 (All American), July 30 (Italian), August 13 (Mediterranean).
