Expertly crafted by Chef de Cuisine Ben Miles, the Charlotte-themed Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich will boast city flavor favorites including seasoned Carolina pulled pork with coleslaw and pickled onion on a brioche bun, available for $13. To round out the meal, quench your thirst with a pint of OMB Copper ($9). Its opponent, representing Denver, the Colorado Burger is topped with white cheddar, fried onions and horseradish sauce, available for $13, paired with Birdsong’s Higher Ground IPA ($9).
