Tri Pointe Homes Charlotte Opens New Townhome Communities in Growing Charlotte Market
Trellis at the Commons and Pergola Offer Low-Maintenance, Affordable Townhomes in A Planned Community Setting
Charlotte, NC (Nov. 9, 2022) – Tri Pointe Homes, Inc. (NYSE:TPH), one of the nation’s largest homebuilders is expanding its presence in the Charlotte market with the introduction of two new townhome communities in the planned community of Farmington in Harrisburg, NC. The Grand Opening event is planned for Sunday December 4, and both communities are now selling.
Trellis at the Commons offers three unique two-story floor plans ranging from1,745 to 2,298 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths and an attached two-car garage. These homes will feature Tri Pointe’s recently revamped LivingSmart® Package which includes Wi-Fi smart switches, EV outlet in the garage, tankless hot water heater, USB charging media outlets, smart app temperature control, and more. In every floor plan, the kitchen will include granite countertops, 42” birch cabinets, and GE Appliances. The bathrooms feature white quartz countertops, adult height vanities, and Delta chrome faucets and fixtures.
In addition, the company is officially opening the New Home Gallery and Model Home in the neighboring Pergola section of Farmington on November 12. These modern farmhouse-inspired townhomes began selling earlier this year and range from 1,658 to 1,867 square feet and feature 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a one-car garage, and start from the low $300s. Three furnished model homes are available to tour, along with a collection of homes under construction that are available for quick-move-in.
The premium townhomes start in the upper $300s, providing a great option for first-time buyers and families. In addition, Tri Pointe Homes is offering special financing incentives during its Grand Opening event, up to $10,000 toward a below market interest rate and/or closing costs.
