Musical scares

Posted By on Wed, Mar 19, 2008 at 9:31 AM

The Democratic primary has officially gotten ridiculous. Only we (Democrats) could figure out how to screw up an election that should be a given. The continuous game of musical chairs that has been taking place in the Clinton and Obama camps speaks to why the Democrats have not been in the oval office for the past two elections — we do not stand up for ourselves and our people. We simply roll over when attacked, as evidenced by Clinton and Obama this past week. Dismiss Geraldine Ferraro for saying what most people believe and Reverend Jeremiah Wright for what he said in a church service which is nobody's business? These latest dismissals are reflective of a primary gone on too long. This spinal deficiency is what will ultimately cost us the election in 2008.
