Fleming's at the EpiCentre

Posted By on Thu, Oct 2, 2008 at 9:26 AM

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, which opened Friday, Sept.26 at the EpiCentre, hosted their Media Preview Celebration Party last night. The Charlotte location is the steakhouse chain's 58th restaurant. Fleming's prides itself on offering the best prime meats and chops, fresh fish, poultry, generous salads and sides, and also an approachable wine list with over 100 wines served by the glass.

At the party last night, I was able to sample a few of their delicious dishes and wine last night. Feast your eyes on these photos! (Sorry about the potato dish photo ... I was so eager to try it, I forgot to snap a photo before digging in.)

My leftovers were packed so nicely, it looked like a gift! The bag even had a little tag signed by the chef. On the other side of the tag, they printed a website for recipes to make with my leftovers!

With an open kitchen, Fleming's hopes to convey a more relaxed steakhouse feeling.
