New Year’s Celebration Brings Locavore Tradition

Ring in the New Year the “locavore” way by enjoying a special, locally grown, Five-Course Chef’s Tasting Dinner at Ratcliffe on the Green on New Year’s Eve in Uptown Charlotte.

Chef/Owner Mark Hibbs will create a delectable menu offering a choice of entrées:

o Petite Filet from Spangler Farms of Lawndale, NC

o Pork Terrine from Grateful Growers Farm of Denver, NC

o Roasted Chicken from Ashley Farms of Winston-Salem, NC

o Vegetarian Entrée from a variety of local farms

Among the four other courses that will be specially chosen by Chef Hibbs will be a Bosky Acres Farm Goat Cheesecake for dessert. To enhance the celebration, each couple will receive a half bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and a choice of exceptional wine pairings will be available.

This special New Year’s Eve dinner is $89 per person (excluding wine, tax and gratuity).
