Stop fucking endangering the lives of everyone around you.

Kids — as young as 2-years-old — were killed in an accident near Lake Wylie. Why? Because a young man in a Mitsubishi Eclipse (who, incidentally had an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old — now dead — in his car) and three unidentified young women in a Chevy Camaro had the need for speed.

As a Saturday night accident claimed a third life Sunday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they charged a 20-year-old man with two counts of second-degree murder in the crash. Witnesses say the wreck happened as he raced another car along N.C. 49 near the state line.

Tyler Steven Stasko was charged after police say the Mitsubishi Eclipse he was driving at about 6:44 p.m. Saturday collided with a Mercedes entering N.C. 49 from the RiverPointe neighborhood near Lake Wylie. A mother and daughter in the Mercedes were killed.
