Read The Ken's email

Sounds like Ken Lewis had a tough day in Washington yesterday. Aww.

Wonder how his stock holders are feeling?

Federal regulators criticized Bank of America Corp. and its chief executive, Kenneth Lewis, in December for their due diligence in BofA’s agreement to buy Merrill Lynch & Co. and the bank’s subsequent threats to back out of the deal, according to e-mails made public this week.
