Arts Red Sky Gallery's annual holiday party and shopping night

If you've gone all year without checking out the visual treats offered at Red Sky Gallery's eclectic exhibitions, then you might want to squeeze a trip into 2011's last few weeks.
On Thursday, Dec. 15, the gallery will host its annual holiday party and shopping night. From 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m., guests will be entered in a drawing to receive savings of 15 percent to 30 percent.
Visitors to the gallery can also take in the latest spotlighted collection. Opened Dec. 9, the exhibition features new works by Charlotte artist Tim McMahon. His paintings are notable for “the fusion of the gestural brushwork of the abstract expressionists and the color and light of Cezanne.”
Red Sky Gallery will be open for extended holiday hours, including from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
