First Drip (10/4/13): Congressmen's paychecks, arrested protesters in court, more

While Rep. Renee Elmers of Dunn wonders why at least 7,000 Defense Department workers were laid off at Fort Bragg on Tuesday, North Carolina's own Robert Pittenger, David Price, Virginia Foxx and Mark Meadows are either rejecting or donating their paychecks during the government shutdown.

Twenty Moral Monday protesters who were arrested during the legislative season will finally have their day in court today.
