Cuts to food stamp benefits start today. Households that receive $275.13 in benefits a month through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are expected to lose an average of $36.

A judge has blocked the release of the dash cam video to the public in the Jonathan Ferrell shooting case.

According to "war room notes" from the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, only six people signed up successfully for Obamacare on the day Healthcare.gov went live.

Tax-free weekend on appliances happens now through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

To help women feel a little safer when out at night, a company has launched an IndieGoGo campaign to fund a new clothing line of anti-rape garments.
