A black woman was shot to death in Detroit for asking for help in a predominantly white neighborhood after she had a car accident. Sound a little familiar?

A NCDOT contractor was fired yesterday for sending out traffic alerts that warned drivers "stay home" because of "women drivers, rain, Obama Care" while performing routine tests on the Traveler Information Management System.
