A superior court judge will hear motions today from a group trying to shut down the toll road project coming to I-77. Want to know more about why the project's a bad idea? John Grooms reports.

Last month, Craig Stephen Hicks shot and killed three Chapel Hill students, possibly over parking, possibly because they were Muslim. Regardless, the Durham County district attorney has decided to seek the death penalty.

Hillary Clinton is getting some flack for using a personal email account to conduct business while she was Secretary of State. She's not the first to do so, though. Colin Powell also used a personal email.
