News Timothy C. Davis

Timothy C. Davis has written for a variety of magazines and newspapers (some of them still solvent), including The Christian Science Monitor, SPIN, Tracks, Harp, No Depression, Punk Planet, Salon.com, Saveur and Mother Jones. His work has been anthologized in Making Notes: Music of the Carolinas, and Cornbread Nation 4: The Best of Southern Food Writing. He's co-author on a book on Southern food to be put out later this year by the University of Georgia Press, and currently teaches as an adjunct English instructor. His students know him as "Mr. Tim," and most of them could really give a shake about any of the back-pattin' above, provided I get their essays graded on time.
