Soul Gastrolounge isn’t exactly a nightclub, but the Plaza Midwood-based eatery pumps out the best music in the city every night. Soul’s rotating cast of DJs — cats like That Guy Smitty and Scott Weaver, among many others — regularly spin an eclectic mix of house, soul, ancient R&B, rockabilly and a ton of other stuff.
