A repeat winner year after year, Elizabeth Billiards is an oldie but goody. For years, the place never changed a thing and still reign supreme as the best pool hall in the city. But since going smoke-free with the rest of the state in January, the owners added a great patio area that attracts way more than the usual crowd.
