Pastry chef Kristin Bou Zeidan has taken chocolates to an ethereal level at her small shop in Cornelius. Some of these intensively flavorful chocolates have traditional flavors, such as pistachio and hot chocolate, while others are wildly innovative. One favorite is the Lebanese Mint Chocolate.
