Sure, this Charlotte native has an admirable lists of accomplishments: Davidson College graduate, where he served as student body president; New York University School of Law graduate; trial lawyer with big-time law firm; and, as of 2005, a Charlotte City Council At-Large seat holder (see “Best Member of Local Government,” above). But as any fan of sartorial accomplishments knows, Foxx is also one smooth fashionisto. The husband and father of two is always impeccable, whether he’s chilling with Congressman Mel Watt or keeping it real at city council meetings.
