The Charlotte Observer's longtime reporter didn't mean to get arrested. Funk was just doing his job and covering Moral Monday protests in Raleigh. But when a photo of cops leading him off in handcuffs made the rounds, everyone from the New York Times to the Daily Kos paid attention. *Swoon* We just love a guy in bracelets.
