DANGERS OF D.I.Y. REMODELING: A 46-year-old woman said she was assaulted by a family member for moving furniture in his house without permission. The woman was a guest in her relative's home and took it upon herself to do a little remodeling. When her relative saw what she did, he got angry and tried to push a china cabinet on her.
IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTING: A 34-year-old woman said the mother of her daughter's classmate has been making threatening calls to her home. She said the woman has called at least four times saying, "If I see you out, I will f*** you up." She said the threats are directed toward her daughter. She believes the woman is calling because their daughters got into an altercation at school and, instead of letting them work it, out she wants to intervene with violence.
WHEN PETS ATTACK: A 35-year-old man was in the hallway of his apartment complex when he saw his neighbor's dog running free without a leash. As he was trying to enter his apartment, the dog ran up to him and attacked him. He was bitten on both his hands and arms. The man struggled to break free, ran into his apartment and called animal control.
PSYCHO CALLER: A 38-year-old man said a man he doesn't know has been making threatening calls to his home. He said the man calls saying things like, "We know where you are. I have killed before and I will kill you and your family." The man said he doesn't know why the man is calling his home and harassing him.
THREAT OF THE WEEK PT. 1: A 38-year-old man said a male acquaintance has threatened him on the phone and in person. The acquaintance's threats include: "I'll shoot the shit out of you" and "I know people who will f*** you up." The man said his acquaintance has also stolen items from his home such as china plates, beer mugs and silverware.
THREAT OF THE WEEK PT. 2: A 25-year-old woman said she is being threatened by an ex-friend. She said her former friend is threatening her via text messages that read: "If you know what is good for you, you will leave the state" and "Call your thugs because I am bringing mine." She believes her ex-friend may try to carry out the threats and harm her.
