For many thousands of years, civilizations all over the world have relied on their faith in spiritual powers to accomplish truly amazing feats.

Now on to an in-depth explanation of the energy which has a sacred bond with every breath we inhale and exhale. The origins of Ruach, a spiritual aspect of breath awareness and the winds connections to the breath of Life. This particular description originates with prana via Sanskrit and the nadis that create an energy matrix throughout the body; the first word prana has several interpretations from being the vital Life force energy within the body plus the mixture of energies all around us. Yama can be explained as the balancing or controlling of the breathing within the body. Asana is a word relating to the posture of the body, this is important when being consciously aware of your body's energy while breathing. Pranayama is a combination of Sanskrit word for breath control, it is necessary to know the origins of explaining a deeper truth of our modern forms of comprehension relating to our current known knowledge.

The Good LORD said in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

The essential conscious awareness of breathing can help to regulate our Life force energies in a new way, thus to rejuvenate the body. We occasionally forget to realize that a higher force keeps us alive, allows us to breathe accordingly for our human nature and survival. This is one of if not the most important topics of discussion for any human being. I am not trying to be funny nor rude about this, simply reminding us of the sacredness that is involved with our breathing and how it can be altered or regulated to help detox and revitalize the human anatomy. Nadi originates from the roots of the Sanskrit word nad, correlating as "to flow", channel or stream; alterations of the breath can create a unique experience within the body while bonding with the flow of Life force energy.

You can practice a new way of altering the breathing for your specific body type as you are guided accordingly. There are several different types of currently known techniques that have been practiced thus exercised for thousands of years through the original teachings of breathing alterations. The three basic forms of breath are involved with the abdomen, diaphragm and the upper rib cage area right near the throat or windpipe. These two main stages are the costal meaning of the ribs and diaphragmatic or as previously stated an abdominal form of breathing.

Breathe. Reflect. Live. Why limit your world to just a few things you can see and touch? After all, what you see isn't always what you get.
