Matcha green tea powder is an amazing source of nutrition as it is a super food and could add an essential amount of value to your diet. We are what we ingest from the water to the foods that we choose to eat. A review of 11 studies also showed that green tea reduced body weight and helped maintain weight loss (2).

The tea provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. Matcha detoxifies the body naturally prevents disease, lowers cholesterol and so much more.

Matcha is especially high in epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a type of catechin that has been shown to have powerful anti-cancer properties (3).
