Food News Cyros Sushi opens next week

Cyros Sushi and Sake Bar, 6601 Morrison Blvd. (beside Rooster’s) will open on Thursday, Jan. 14. Lunch hours are Monday to Saturday 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; dinner hours are Monday through Wednesday 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., Thursday to Saturday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Cyros is closed Sunday. The menu is exclusively sushi. Rolls range from $6 to $14. 20 varieties of sake will be available. www.cyrossushi.com
