Blynk Organic is celebrating the official grand opening of its kiosk in SouthPark mall with some specials for you. See press release below:
CHARLOTTE, N.C.- after a test phase the blynk kiosk, located in the food court of southpark mall, will celebrate its official opening in the week of September 13 -18, 2010 and feature a whole week of specials like e.g. half-price sandwiches, half price salads, etc. (details will be also announced on blynk organic’s webpage and facebook page).monday, september 13: first 30 customers eat free – hurry to be there at 11:00 am (limited to one sandwich or one salad per person)
tuesday, september 14th: salad zest - all large salads half price
wednesday, september 15th: souper bowl - free soup with the purchase of one sandwich
thursday, september 16th: smoothie love - all smoothies 75% off
friday, september 17th: sandwich buff - all sandwiches half price

the kiosk has an eco-friendly, modern design with a local made, wooden counter as its center piece.
the kiosk menu will feature: a variety of made from scratch soups, fresh, chef-crafted sandwiches with artisan bread, custom-made wraps, and paninis - hot from the press, as well as some healthy kids’ choices. the fresh offerings are made from mainly organic, all natural and/or local ingredients.

Donatos is giving away free pizza again. If you missed their last free pizza event on July 20, next week's your chance to cash in.
On Tuesday, Aug. 10 at 5 pm, Charlotte-area Donatos* will be giving away free medium thin-crust Edge to Edge pizzas to customers who show they have a Donatos phone number saved in their phones.
Here are the details:
No coupons necessary. The offer is good for the first 300 people at each of the participating stores. One pizza per phone per person - either a FREE medium pepperoni, that distinguishes Donatos with its edge-to-edge toppings, or a free cheese pizza. Tomorrow, July 30, is National Cheesecake Day, but The Cheesecake Factory is starting celebrations a day early.
Today (7/29) only, they are offering slices of their cheesecake for $1.50. Just visit their Facebook page, "like" them, and print out your invite.
To receive the offer, you must bring in the printed invite and valid ID. Dine-in customers only.
And then tomorrow, you can eat more cheesecake with their half-price any slice of cheesecake offer.

Certainly you've seen those disturbing sponge monkeys and singing kittens in Quiznos' ad campaigns. The ones that sing in strange voices?
I'm not quite sure how being serenaded by scary looking rodents with googly bug eyes and jacked up teeth make you want to eat sub sandwiches, but the commercials certainly are memorable. I can't help but laugh.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is taking part in tax free weekend by giving you a free burrito, salad, order of tacos or bowl.
So, how does that work? It's a buy-one-get-one free deal. Just stop by any Charlotte Chipotle store Tuesday, August 3, or Wednesday, August 4, and save the receipt. Go back on tax free weekend, August 6 - 8, show your receipt and get a free item, no strings attached.
Chipotle is tasty, but free food is always tastier.

Today only: Get a free Thai Cashew Chicken Breast entree from Panda Express.
The dish is wok stir-fried white chicken breast meat with fresh cilantro, cashews, and veggies. According to Panda Express' nutrition facts, the Thai Cashew Chicken entree seems to have an acceptable number of calories, but is pretty high in fat. But hey, it's free, so calories and fat grams don't count, right?

Chick-fil-A is celebrating Cow Appreciation Day on Friday, July 9, buy offering a free meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner, which includes an entrée of choice, a side item and a Dr Pepper® [or other beverage choice]) to any customer who visits one of the restaurants fully dressed as a cow.
If you don't happen to own a full head-to-toe (or hoof) cow costume, just stop on by wearing anything spotted with cow print, be it a belt, purse, shoes, dress (I hope not!), or anything else you've got, and you will receive a free entree.
