Obama advisor resigns; Called Clinton a monster: Sarah Howard, a young Harvard professor and rising star in Obama campaign, resigned on Friday after an international newspaper quoted her as calling Hilary Clinton a monster. Obama pursued the Harvard professor after reading her Pulitzer Prize winning novel America and the Age of Genocide. Ms. Howard apologized to Clinton and Obama saying, “Last Monday, I made inexcusable remarks that are at marked variance from my oft-stated admiration for Senator Clinton and from the spirit, tenor, and purpose of the Obama campaign, and I extend my deepest apologies to Senator Clinton, Senator Obama and the remarkable team I have worked with over these long 14 months.”

These drugs range from antibiotics and mood stabilizers to sex hormones and over-the-counter medications. Female suicide bomber kills Iraq tribal head: A female suicide bomber killed Sunni Arab Tribal Chief Thaer Saggban al-Karkhi, who headed a neighborhood security unit. Police say the woman went to Karkhi’s home, knocked on his door and stated that she needed to speak with him. When Karkhi answered she detonated a vest full of explosives that was hidden under her robes. Neighborhood units have been credited with the sharp falls in violence across Iraq, but are often targets of Sunni Islamist al Qaeda because the units often work with the U.S. military.
