Possible Obama assassination plot:

The FBI is investigating possible claims of an assassination plot against Sen. Barack Obama, after four people were arrested near the Democratic Convention in Denver in possession of high-powered riffles. Aurora Police Department spokesman Marcus Dudley identified Tharin Gartrell 28, and Nathan Johnson as suspects in the plot. Fox News

Anthony wanted to give Caylee up for adoption:

Court documents show that Casey Anthony wanted to give the missing toddler up for adoption before she was born. Documents released by prosecutors says Caylee's grandmother insisted that she keep the child. Caylee has been missing since June.CNN via AP

Dr. Dre's son dead:

According to reports Dr. Dre's son has died at the age of 20. The body of Andre Young Jr. was found in his Woodland Hills home Saturday morning, according to the Los Angeles Times. His mother came in to check on him around 10 a.m. and found him unresponsive. MTV News

Hurricane could delay shuttle launch:

The Hubble Telescope repair mission could be delayed by Hurricane Gustav, NASA officials said. The Space Shuttle Atlantis is supposed to roll out after midnight Saturday, but not if the recent bad weather comes anywhere near Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Gustav is a Category 1 hurricane with sustained winds of 90 miles per hour. Hurricane Gustav is expect to reach a Category 2 quickly. ABC NEWS
