When in doubt blame the minority

Posted By on Thu, Sep 11, 2008 at 12:12 PM

When reports of a rape in Dilworth after the Greek Festival sent shockwaves through the Charlotte community, debate began about illegal immigration. Why? Because the alleged victim of the rape said her attackers were Hispanic. Then today, the Charlotte Observer reports that the "victim" is missing. Full story

This case sounds like Susan Smith all over again. The victim and Susan Smith are even from the same state. But it's shocking to me that people are quick to believe that minorities are out to rape white women, kill white kids and just abuse society.  Just check out the comments underneath the Observer's story.

I just wonder why would this woman disappear. Is she lying? Does she realize that if she really wanted her story to be believed without questioning she cried rape on the wrong side of town?
