News Obama to N. Korea: WTF?

North Korea sure knows how to get President Obama’s attention on Memorial Day. And it’s not by extending an unclenched fist.While its first nuclear test in 2006 was by all accounts a dud, Pyongyang’s test this morning at 9:54 a.m. GMT apparently yielded a more than respectable blast of between 4 and 20 kilotons.
That officially makes North Korea the ninth member of the world’s nuclear club—and the only state to have signed and withdrawn from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, an international dike against proliferation now springing so many leaks that it risks collapsing.
