Jim Rogers, CEO of Duke Energy, takes his greenwashing campaign to cable on The Colbert Report. He talks a good game, but there's still that little issue of the Cliff Side Coal Plant, ahem, Steam Station that's going in next door to our fair city. It's not going to have clean coal technology. What gives, Duke?
